INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ cups red and yellow bell peppers
  • 200 gm bean curd
  • 2-3 Sushi sheets
  • 1½ tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mustard paste
  • FOR garnish
  • Cucumber slices

HOW TO PREPARE JAIN SUSHI

    Finely chop red and yellow bell peppers.

    Add soy sauce and mustard paste.
  3. 3

    Keep aside in a bowl.
  4. 4

    Cut small, round pieces of bean curd.
  5. 5

    Cut thin strips of a sushi sheet and wrap it around the pieces of bean curd.
  6. 6

    Spoon out the bell pepper mixture on the bean curd wrapped in sushi sheets.
  7. 7

    Serve with cucumber, soy sauce, and mustard paste.
