INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp jaggery, grated
  • 4-5 tbsp desi ghee
  • 4-5 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp dry mango powder
  • 1 tsp almonds, chopped
  • 2 tsp Pistachios, chopped
  • FOR garnish
  • almonds chopped
  • Pistachios chopped

HOW TO PREPARE JAGGERY PAPDI

    In a wok, mix the ghee and flour.
  2. 2

    Add the jaggery when the mixture starts to change colour.
  3. 3

    Add dry mango powder, almonds, and pistachios.
  4. 4

    Mix well.
  5. 5

    Add the dry fruits to each mould.
  6. 6

    Top the moulds with the ghee/flour mixture and let them cool for 30 minutes.
  7. 7

    Serve cool after taking off the moulds.
