  • 1 cup poha; 1 chopped onion; 1 chopped Tomato; 4 to 5 black olives; halved; 4 to 5 half chopped green olives; chopped parsley; olive oil as required; 1 tbsp chilli flakes; 1 cup Sprouts; ½ lemon; juiced; black pepper to taste; salt to taste; For Garnish: Parsley; For Serving: Melon and mint smoothie

    Wash the poha and strain the water.

    ; Finely chop the onion, tomato, black olives, green olives and parsley.

    ; Heat a little olive oil in a pan.
  4. 4

    ; Saute chopped onion.
  5. 5

    ; Add chilli flakes to this.
  6. 6

    ; Add some sprouts and toss it well.
  7. 7

    ; Add chopped tomato a little salt, black pepper, and finally the black and green chopped olives.

    ; Mix well.

    ; Add the poha into this mixture.

    ; To give a fresh look to this poha add some more chopped parsley.

    ; Sprinkle some lemon juice.

    ; Toss it again to give a good mix.

    ; Transfer the poha to a serving plate.

    ; Garnish it with a parsley and serve with melon and mint smoothie.
