Wash the poha and strain the water. Finely chop the onion, tomato, black olives, green olives and parsley. Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Saute chopped onion. Add chilli flakes to this. Add some sprouts and toss it well. Add chopped tomato a little salt, black pepper, and finally the black and green chopped olives. Mix well. Add the poha into this mixture. To give a fresh look to this poha add some more chopped parsley. Sprinkle some lemon juice. Toss it again to give a good mix. Transfer the poha to a serving plate. Garnish it with a parsley and serve with melon and mint smoothie.
