INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp moong dal, soaked, Salt to taste
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds, Water as required
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup onions
  • 1 tbsp green chillies
  • 1 tbsp ghee

HOW TO PREPARE INSTANT PESARATTU DOSA

    In a blending jar, take soaked moong dal.
  2. 2

    Add salt, ginger, cumin seeds, green chillies and water.
  3. 3

    Blend it well.
  4. 4

    In a saucepan, saute chopped onions in oil.
  5. 5

    Add green chillies and saute it until it turns translucent.
  6. 6

    In a pan, pour ghee and spread it.
  7. 7

    Pour one ladle of batter into the pan and spread it in a circular motion.
  8. 8

    Spread onion mixture on the dosa and pour oil on the edges of the dosa.
  9. 9

    Flip the dosa and cook.
