INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup double cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 to 3 egg shells coloured
  • 3 tbsp Strawberry crush
  • 1 bag dry ice ground

HOW TO PREPARE INSTANT ICE CREAM

    In a bowl add double cream milk, vanilla essence and strawberry crush.

    Mix well.
  3. 3

    Pour the ice cream mixture into the coloured egg shells and set aside.
  4. 4

    Pour the mixture filled in the egg shells to a martini glass.
  5. 5

    Add the grounded dry ice and mix quickly.
  6. 6

    Serve immediately.
