INGREDIENTS

  • 8 Eggs
  • 42 gms All Purpose Flour
  • 116 gms Icing sugar
  • 210 gms Chocolate. For Garnish: vanilla syrup
  • White chocolate chips
  • Icing sugar

HOW TO PREPARE INSTANT CHOCOLATE CAKE

  1. 1

    In a bowl 8 eggs and 1 egg yolk and whisk them, In another bowl, add 42 gms All Purpose Flour, 116 gms Icing sugar and mix.

    Add All Purpose Flour mixture and 210 gms melted chocolate in whisk eggs and mix well.
  3. 3

    Put the batter in a syphon bottle and shake well.
  4. 4

    Put mixture in microwaveble glasses.
  5. 5

    Microwave for 42 seconds.
  6. 6

    Garnish with vanilla syrup, White chocolate chips, Icing sugar and chocolate sauce.
