Take a pan add oil, black mustard oil, turmeric powder fry it little and add it to the bowl of flattened rice add chopped onion, chopped tomato, jeeravan masala, chopped green chillies, grated coconut, sugar, and chopped boiled potato, add peanuts and mash it well.
