  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated cabbage
  • 1/2 cup boiled peas
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 crushed green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 3 bread slices
  • Ice cream sticks
  • 1 tsp purpose flour
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp red chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp soya souce
  • 1 tsp white viniger

    Take 4 boiled potato and crush them. Then add 1/cup grated carrot ,grated cabbage, boiled peas.

    And after that add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste , 2 crushed green chillis, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, salt to taste ,3 bread slice (grind ). And mixed up well theese all things.

    Now make small size lollipops with this mixture. and add ice cream sticks in theese lollipop.

    Now take a bowl and add 1tsp purpose flour and 1tsp corn flour.

    And add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, salt to taste add some water. Make paste don't make it too thin ,don't make it too much.

    Now dip these all lollipop in this batter. And heat oil in a pan for frying lollipop. And fry these all lollipops in oil.

    Now in a pan take 1/2 tsp oil and heat it add 1 tsp ginger garlic, 2 tsp red chilli sauce,1 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 cup water , 1 tsp soya sauce , 1 tsp white viniger and salt to taste and 1 tsp corn flour+2 tsp water. Cook until it thicknes.

    Now dip these lollipop in this souce and serve it.
