INGREDIENTS

  • 4 to 5 Egg whites
  • 1 cup Salt
  • 1 whole Indian Salmon
  • 1 black pepper corn
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Lemon wedges
  • Orange slices
  • Olive

HOW TO PREPARE INDIAN SALMON UNDER SNOW

  1. 1

    Add egg whites, Salt and beat them.
  2. 2

    place the whole Indian Salmon on a baking tray.
  3. 3

    Apply beaten egg mixture.
  4. 4

    make scales with small knife.
  5. 5

    Bake at 183 C for 10 minutes.
  6. 6

    Serve with Lettuce leaves, Lemon wedges, Orange slices, Olive.
