INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup silken tofu
  • ¼ cup mango pulp
  • 2 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp ginger

HOW TO PREPARE ICE POPSICLES

    For the sugar syrup: Boil water in a saucepan.
  2. 2

    Add sugar and keep stirring till the sugar melts.
  3. 3

    For the popsicles: In a blender, blend sliced kiwi, mint leaves, lemon juice, sugar syrup and water.
  4. 4

    Then, pour the blended mixture into tall glasses.
  5. 5

    Insert ice-cream stick at the center of each glass and freeze them for 30 minutes.
  6. 6

    Ice popsicles are ready to be served.
