INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp liquid glucose
  • For Garnish: Strawberries frozen

HOW TO PREPARE ICE CREAM

    Take some whipped cream in a bowl.

    Using an electric blender blend the cream well.
  3. 3

    Add sugar to it and keep blending it for 20 minutes at least.
  4. 4

    Add vanilla essence and glucose.
  5. 5

    Blend again.
  6. 6

    Pour the mixture to a dish and keep in freezer for five to six hours.
  7. 7

    Serve when the ice cream has set after freezing.
  8. 8

    Garnish with frozen strawberries.
