- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp liquid glucose
- For Garnish Strawberries frozen
- Take some whipped cream in a bowl. Using an electric blender blend the cream well. Add sugar to it and keep blending it for 20 minutes at least. Add vanilla essence and glucose. Blend again. Pour the mixture to a dish and keep in freezer for five to six hours. Serve when the ice cream has set after freezing. Garnish with frozen strawberries.
