INGREDIENTS

  • For Hummus & Carrot sticks: 1 Cup Chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp tahini paste
  • 4 - 5 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Carrot
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder

HOW TO PREPARE HUMMUS & CARROTSTICKS

    Procedure to make Hummus & Carrot sticks: Soak the chickpeas overnight.

    Blend the chickpeas, tahini paste, salt, few garlic cloves, lemon juice and olive oil in a blender.

    Blend it well to form a creamy paste.
  4. 4

    Transfer it to a serving bowl.
  5. 5

    Garnish it with olive oil and paprika powder.
  6. 6

    Chop a carrot lengthwise and dip it in the mixture.
  7. 7

    Hummus & Carrot sticks are ready to serve.
