INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp tahini paste
  • 4 to 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 carrot
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika powder

HOW TO PREPARE HUMMUS & CARROT STICKS

    Soak the chickpeas overnight.

    Take it in a blender.
  3. 3

    Add tahini paste salt, few garlic cloves, a little lemon juice and olive oil.
  4. 4

    Blend it well to form a creamy paste.
  5. 5

    Transfer it to a serving bowl.
  6. 6

    Garnish it with olive oil and paprika powder.
  7. 7

    Chop a carrot lengthwise and dip it in the mixture.
  8. 8

    Serve it.
