  • 1 cup chickpeas par boiled
  • 3½ tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tahini paste
  • 1½ tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • A pinch of paprika powder
  • Mint leaves
  • A few green and black olives

    Grind par boiled chickpeas with yogurt tahini paste, garlic paste, and olive oil.

    Season the paste with salt, black pepper powder, paprika powder, and cumin powder.
  3. 3

    Fill a piping bag with this paste and pipe out in a plate.
  4. 4

    Garnish with paprika powder, chopped mint leaves, and green and black olives.
