INGREDIENTS

  • 4 elaichi banana
  • 1 cup water and lemon juice mixture
  • 5 to 6 digestive biscuits
  • 1 cup sugar syrup
  • 2 to 3 tbsp condensed milk preheated
  • Cream
  • 1 Strawberry
  • cocoa powder
  • 2 to 3 tsp blue syrup

HOW TO PREPARE HUMMUS

    Grind par boiled chickpeas with yogurt tahini paste, garlic paste, and olive oil.
  2. 2

    Season the paste with salt, black pepper powder, paprika powder, and cumin powder.
  3. 3

    Fill a piping bag with this paste and pipe out in a plate.
  4. 4

    Garnish with paprika powder, chopped mint leaves, and green and black olives.
