INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup chickpeas par boiled
  • 3½ tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tahini paste
  • 1½ tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • A pinch of paprika powder
  • Mint leaves
  • A few green and black olives

PREPARATION

    Grind par boiled chickpeas with yogurt, tahini paste, garlic paste, and olive oil . Season the paste with salt, black pepper powder, paprika powder, and cumin powder. Fill a piping bag with this paste and pipe out in a plate. Garnish with paprika powder, chopped mint leaves, and green and black olives.
