- 1 cup paneer
- 3 tsp barbeque sauce
- 2 tsp spring onion
- 2 tsp green chillies
- 1/4 tsp orange zest
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp oil
- In a mixing bowl, add paneer, barbeque sauce, chopped spring onions, chopped green chillies, orange zest, grated garlic, powdered sugar, salt, lemon juice and oil. Mix them well.
- Thread the paneer on the bamboo skewers.
- Glaze the pan with oil. Pan-fry the paneer skewers until they turn golden brown.
