INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup diced potato
  • oil for frying
  • 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp red chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
  • honey
  • 7 - 8 samosa patti
  • maida slurry

PREPARATION

    Blanch the diced potato in boiling water. Add the potatoes in ice cold water and let it chill. On a clean towel, add the potatoes and using a tissue dab it. Deep fry the potatoes in the oil until it turns golden brown.

    In a heated pan, add oil, finely chopped garlic. In a bowl, tomato sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar and mix it. Add corn flour and mix it.

    Add the potatoes in the garlic and mix. Add red chilli powder, chilli sauce paste and mix it. Add sesame seeds, chopped spring onion, honey and mix it well.
