INGREDIENTS

  • 1kg Mutton, 4 Onion chopped, 50 gm ginger chopped, 100 gm garlic chopped, 50 gm curd, 4 potatoes cut in two parts. Make ginger garlic paste with 50 gm ginger and 100 gm garlic make onion paste wid two onion.
  • 1 teaspoon jeera, 1 teaspoon big cardmom, 1 teaspoon dalchini, 1 bay leaf ,1teaspoon blackpepper, 2 star anise, 1 Tomato chopped, 2 tablespoons turmeric, 2 tablespoons chilly powder, 2 tablespoons coriander powder, 2 tablespoons mutton masala powder , salt per taste, coarriander chopped for serving

    First take a cooker add some musturd oil in that than add jeera, cardmom, dalchini, bay leaf, star anise, than little bit fry than add some chopped onion than fry till golden than add ginger garlic paste onion paste in that stir fry we'll add chopped tomato in that add all the spices lyk haldi,chilly,coarriander mutton masala powder than cook it don't cover the cooker when u fry the masala add little water in that than fry it till oil separate than add mutton on that mix it well than add curd in that add salt and stir it well fry till oil separate than cover it and wait for three whistle than open it add Potatoes in that and add three and half cup of water and cover the lid again and wait for 1 whistle than open when it little bit cool down add some chopped coriander powder and mutton masala mix it well and served hot.
