Mix equal quantity of maida and ragi flour in a bowl. Add yeast to this. Add a little baking powder. Mix them well by pouring water and prepare the dough. Cover it with a wet cloth and keep aside for fermentation. Dust a baking tray with some refined flour. Flatten the dough with the hand and make the pizza base. Place this base on the tray. Apply a little olive on this. To prepare the topping for the pizza, add red, green and yellow bell pepper juliennes in a bowl. Add chopped cherry tomatoes green olives, chopped parsley, oregano, red chilli flakes, tomato ketchup, olive oil, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well. Spread the topping on the pizza base. Grate some cheese on the top. Bake this for 15 minutes at 180'C. Once baked, transfer the pizza to a serving plate.
