INGREDIENTS

  • FOR Pasta
  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • Olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • FOR Sauce
  • 2 to 3 tsp Olive oil; 2 tomatoes; 4 to 5 bay leaves; 1 tsp whole black pepper; 2 to 3 celery stalks; ½ bunch fenugreek leaves; salt; water

HOW TO PREPARE HOMEMADE PASTA

    Take wheat flour in a bowl and mix it with salt olive oil and water.

    Knead it well to make the dough.
  3. 3

    Set it aside for ten minutes and pour olive oil on top of the dough again.
  4. 4

    In a separate pan, add a little olive oil and heat it.
  5. 5

    Add bay leaves whole black pepper, celery and chopped tomatoes to it.
  6. 6

    Mash well and sprinkle salt to add taste.
  7. 7

    Add fenugreek leaves and water and let it simmer.
  8. 8

    For the pasta, make the dough into a fine flat form and put it in the pasta machine so that it acquires the desired shape.

    Boil water in a separate pan.
  10. 10

    Add a little olive oil to the boiling water and then the pasta.
  11. 11

    Strain, once cooked.
  12. 12

    Pour a little more olive oil on the top of the cooked pasta and transfer it to a serving dish.

    Serve the pasta with hot tomato sauce.
