INGREDIENTS

  • FOR the dough
  • 1½ cup Refined flour
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • Oil as required
  • Redgreenand yellow bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • FOR garnish

HOW TO PREPARE HOMEMADE NOODLES

    Make a dough with the refined flour, baking powder, salt, and water.
  2. 2

    Flatten the dough with a rolling pin, roll it, and cut it into thin strips of noodles.
  3. 3

    Boil water in a pan.
  4. 4

    Add the noodles and salt, and drizzle a little oil on top.
  5. 5

    Drain the noodles and set aside for some time.
  6. 6

    In a wok, heat oil and fry julienned bell peppers.
  7. 7

    Add chilli sauce, soya sauce, and salt; toss.
  8. 8

    Add the noodles along with the bell pepper mixture and give them a good toss.
  9. 9

    Serve hot.
