Pasta is a great ingredient for quick dishes, especially served hot with tomato sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • FOR Pasta
  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • Olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • FOR Sauce
  • 2 to 3 tsp Olive oil 2 tomatoes 4 to 5 bay leaves 1 tsp whole black pepper 2 to 3 celery stalks ½ bunch fenugreek leaves salt water

HOW TO PREPARE HOME MADE PASTA

    Take wheat flour in a bowl and mix it with salt olive oil and water. Knead it well to make the dough. Set it aside for ten minutes and pour olive oil on top of the dough again. In a separate pan, add a little olive oil and heat it. Add bay leaves whole black pepper, celery and chopped tomatoes to it. Mash well and sprinkle salt to add taste. Add fenugreek leaves and water and let it simmer. For the pasta, make the dough into a fine flat form and put it in the pasta machine so that it acquires the desired shape. Boil water in a separate pan. Add a little olive oil to the boiling water and then the pasta. Strain, once cooked. Pour a little more olive oil on the top of the cooked pasta and transfer it to a serving dish. Serve the pasta with hot tomato sauce.
