- Ice as required
- 1 cup mango pulp
- Chocolate syrup
- Dry ginger powder
- mango pulp
- Mint leaves
- Crush ice in a ice crusher. Take some crushed ice in a bowl. Add mango pulp and mix well with the crushed ice. Add chocolate syrup and mix again. Add a pinch of dry ginger powder. Decorate shot glasses with chocolate syrup. Pour the parfait. Top the mango chocolate parfait with some more mango pulp. Garnish with mint leaves.
