In a pan dry roast the ragi flour. Pour milk to this pan and mix well. Stir well till the mixture thickens. Add some more milk to the mixture. Add clarified butter and mix again. Add chocolate syrup to this mixture and mix. Add some dry fruits powder and powdered sugar. Mix again. Decorate a drinking glass with some chocolate syrup. Pour the ragi drink in this glass. Garnish with a decorative umbrella and some jelly sweets.
