Boil milk in a pan. Add powdered sugar cocoa powder, and chocolate syrup. Stir well to combine all ingredients. Spread grated coconut n a plate. Place a glass upside down to coat the rim of the glass with grated coconut. Pour some melted white chocolate inside the glass to make a pattern. Pour the chocolate milk in the glass. Top the hot chocolate milk with frozen whipped cream. On the top add the chocolate shavings and cherry slices to garnish the milk.
