INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams boneless chicken breast
  • 2 - 3 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 3 tbsp fresh cream
  • Salt as per taste
  • For vegetables:
  • 1 yellow zucchini
  • 1 green zucchini
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper

PREPARATION

    Give the chicken breast a pocket-sized cut. Stuff it with slices of cheddar cheese and fold it. Add the chicken in a plate. Drizzle lemon juice over it.

    Add oregano, thyme, chilli flakes, crushed garlic cloves, fresh cream and marinate the chicken. Add salt as per taste and mix again and refrigerate it.

    On a baking tray, add foil paper, marinated chicken. Wrap the foil. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180'C for 20 - 25 minutes.

    For vegetables, cut the long slices of zucchini. Check the chicken and bake it again for 15 - 20 minutes. On a heated grilling pan, add oil, zucchini, salt as per taste, black pepper and toss it.

    Add the vegetables on a serving plate. Diagonally cut the baked chicken and add it on the serving plate.
