- 3 tsp olive oil
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp rosemary
- black pepper powder
- 1/2 cup sliced potatoes
- In a mixing bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice, chopped rosemary, salt and pepper. Stir and mix it well.
- Add sliced potatoes and mix it well. Transfer the mixed potatoes on a baking tray.
- Preheat the oven at 180' C and bake it for 30 minutes.
