  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 1/2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 3 cloves
  • 3 black cardamom
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 250 gm of mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp onion paste
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • salt
  • 1 tsp fennel powder
  • 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp dry mint powder

    In a pan, add water, curd and keep stirring it until it is cooked.

    In another pan, add ghee and let it warm. Add cumin seeds, cloves, black cardamom, cinnamon and saute.

    Add chopped garlic, mushrooms and cook it on high flame. Add the mixture in a plate.

    In the same, add ghee, cinnamon stick, cumin seeds, black cardamom, clove, onion paste and saute.

    Add coriander powder, salt as per taste, fennel powder, dry ginger powder, curd mixture and mix it well.

    Add fried mushrooms, dry mint powder and stir it. Serve hot.
