INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups wheat flour,1 cup milk powder,1 cup bonvita powder ,1 cup ghee,1 cup milk,vanilla essence,baking powder and baking soda,sugar 1 cup

PREPARATION

    First stir the wheat flour and add milk powder and bonvita powder to it.mix it well.
  2. 2

    Take 1 cup milk and add 1 cup sugar and ghee .add 1 spoon vanilla essence and mix it.
  3. 3

    Add all dry ingredients to mixture of milk add continuously and make a smooth batter .
  4. 4

    Now add 1 tsp baking powder and half teaspoon baking soda and mix it well.
  5. 5

    Grease the container with ghee and sprinkle some wheat flour .add the content in to container.
  6. 6

    Keep it in a preheated pressure cooker for 45 min.
  7. 7

    And ur cake is ready.
