- 1 watermelon rind, 1 cup rice flour, 1 cup suji, 1/2 cup besan, salt
- Remove the green upper cover of watemerlon rind, cut it into peices and add it into a mixer. After grinding add the cup of rice, suji and besan in it. Add little water and grind pproperly and make a semi thick paste type. Remove from the jar and keep aside to rest for 20mins in a bowl. After 20 mins add salt and mix well. Now on a dosa tawa pour two spoon of the paste made and spread it add little butter, if required.
