INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup mix sprouts
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 tbsp ghee
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 1/4 cup Sev
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • For ghevar :
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ghee
  • 2-3 ice cube
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for fry
  • For green chatni :
  • 4 green chilli
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup coriander
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2-3 tsp water
  • 2 tsp jaggery
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • For red chatni :
  • 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp water
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • For dates chatni :
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt To taste
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder

PREPARATION

    For Ghevar- .

    In a bowl add ghee and ice cube then bit though finger till turn white color then remove the ice cube.

    after that add wheat flour little by little then add 1 tbsp milk and water as needed.

    (Make it thin bater.).

    Heat the oil in pan and add circle mold in center.

    Pour the batter little by little in mold and fry till brown color.

    Green chatni : .

    Mix all the ingredients in the mixer jar and crush it well.

    red chatni:.

    take all ingredients in a bowl and let the blende it.

    dates chatni: .

    After pouring water in a pan, add dates, salt to taste and cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Later, add red chili powder , coriander powder , lemon juice and blende it.

    Masala sprouts :.

    Add 1/2 tbsp ghee , mix sprouts in a pan and roast for 2 minute.

    Switch off the flame and add boiled and chopped potato, Chaat masala and mix well.

    All the elements are ready now time to plating.

    Take a ghever over it roaated sprouts potato then pomegranate seeds, sev, green chatni, red chatni, date chatni and put coriander and serve healthy chatpati ghevar Chaat.
