INGREDIENTS

  • 200 gms Semolina and Maida for Dough
  • Oil
  • 3 tbsp sweet hung curd
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 2 tbsp orange
  • 1 tbsp Jalapenos Chillies
  • 2 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 2 tsp Chaat Masala
  • Salt & Pepper

HOW TO PREPARE HEALTHY PUCHKA

    Take all purpose flour for making dough.
  2. 2

    Sprinkle Maida on board! Roll it thin to the dough.
  3. 3

    Cut it with Cooking cutter in round shape.
  4. 4

    Use Pre heat the Air fryer, Grease it with oil brush.
  5. 5

    Place the roundels in fryer for 4 min at 180'c.
  6. 6

    In a bowl take sweet hung curd, Add Pomegranate to the mixture, Add Orange juice to it & add spicy jalapenos chillies.
