INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 5 tsp butter
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 4 tsp cheese, Salt

HOW TO PREPARE HEALTHY OATS CHEESE STRAWS

    In a mixing bowl, add oats, red chilli powder, butter, plain flour, grated cheese and salt.

    Mix them well until it forms a dough.
  3. 3

    Take small portions of the dough and roll them individually into as many cylindrical long sticks as possible.
  4. 4

    Place these sticks on a baking tray.
  5. 5

    Preheat the oven to 200�C and bake them for 15 minutes.
