For minestrone soup heat olive oil in a pan. Add crushed garlic chopped onion, yellow zucchini, cauliflower, carrot, celery, salt, vegetable stock, and tomato paste. Mix well. For whole wheat pasta, knead a dough with wheat flour, egg, and salt. Make small balls from the dough and flatten them with a rolling pin. Roll this flattened dough. Cut the roll into a noodles. Uncoil the noodles and add to the soup. Add boiled kidney beans, blanched tomatoes, basil leaves, and black pepper powder to the soup. Stir well. Garnish the soup hot with parmesan cheese shavings and basil leaves.
