  • 1 tomato
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 onion
  • ½ cup sweet corn
  • ¼ cup sprouts mixed
  • 1½ cups puffed rice
  • 1 cup muesli flakes
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • 1½ tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 1 tbsp green mint sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • muesli flakes
  • sprouts mixed
  • roasted peanuts
  • 1 coriander sprig

    In a bowl place the chopped tomato, onion, and potatoes, the green chilli, sweet corn, mixed sprouts, puffed rice, muesli flakes, raisins, roasted peanuts and sesame seeds.

    Mix these with the chaat masala. Make a tamarind paste using water.

    Add to the bowl and blend. Add the green mint sauce, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.

    Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients well and place on a serving dish.

    Garnish it with Muesli flakes, mixed sprouts, roasted peanuts and coriander sprig.
