  • 250 gm minced chicken
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Black pepper powder
  • 2 to 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander
  • 2 tsp all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • FOR Burger Bun
  • 1 burger bun
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 2 to 3 iceberg lettuce
  • Mayonnaise as required
  • Tomato sauce as required
  • FOR Serving
  • Coleslaw salad

HOW TO PREPARE HEALTHY CHICKEN BURGER

    To a grinder add minced chicken chopped onion, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt, sea salt, breadcrumbs, egg, and chopped coriander , Grind them together , Transfer the mixture to a bowl , Add a little all purpose flour to it , Cast the chicken mixture into patties , Dust the patties with the all purpose flour , place them in a pan and shallow fry the patty , In a separate pan, toast the burger bun with butter , Chop the tomato and onion into thin slices , Place iceberg lettuce, chicken patty, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, sliced tomato, and onion on one side of , Serve with the coleslaw salad .
