INGREDIENTS

  • For Patty
  • 250 gm minced chicken
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Black pepper powder
  • 2 to 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander
  • 2 tsp all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • For Burger Bun
  • 1 burger bun
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 2 to 3 iceberg lettuce
  • Mayonnaise as required
  • Tomato sauce as required
  • For Serving
  • Coleslaw salad

PREPARATION

    Grind minced chicken, chopped onion, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt, sea salt, breadcrumbs, egg, and chopped coriander in a grinder.

    Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add all purpose flour and mix well.

    Shape the chicken mixture into form of patties. Dust the patties with the all purpose flour and shallow fry them.

    In a separate pan, toast the burger bun with butter. Chop the tomato and onion into thin slices.
  5. 5

    Place iceberg lettuce, chicken patty, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, sliced tomato, and onion on one side of the bun and cover it with the other slice of bun.

    Serve the burger with the coleslaw salad.
