INGREDIENTS

  • FOR Patty
  • 250 gm minced chicken
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Black pepper powder
  • 2 to 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander
  • 2 tsp all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • FOR Burger Bun
  • 1 burger bun
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 2 to 3 iceberg lettuce
  • Mayonnaise as required
  • Tomato sauce as required
  • FOR Serving
  • Coleslaw salad

HOW TO PREPARE HEALTHY CHICKEN BURGER

    To a grinder add minced chicken chopped onion, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt, sea salt, breadcrumbs, egg, and chopped coriander Grind them together Transfer the mixture to a bowl Add a little all purpose flour to it Cast the chicken mixture into patties Dust the patties with the all purpose flour place them in a pan and shallow fry the patty In a separate pan, toast the burger bun with butter Chop the tomato and onion into thin slices Place iceberg lettuce, chicken patty, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, sliced tomato, and onion on one side of Serve with the coleslaw salad.
