INGREDIENTS

  • Boiled Rajmah-1 cup
  • Boiled Potatoes -1 cup
  • Chopped onion -1/2 cup
  • Shredded carrot -1/4 cup
  • Boiled corn-1/2 cup
  • Whole wheat burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomatoes, onion, jalepenos
  • Cheese spread/hung curd
  • salt and pepper -to taste
  • chopped coriander -1tbsp

PREPARATION

    In a bowl mix all ingredients of patty (I.e potato, rajmah, carrot, corn, onion, salt, pepper& coriander).Take little oil in your hand and take a ball of mixture and shape in to pattfry from both sides in a paTake a burger bun and slit in to half . Apply cheese spread/hung curd . Add patty, lettuce, tomato, slice, onion slice and jalepeno . Top it with any sweet spicy sauce /ketchuWarm it on a tawa and ENJOY .
