INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • water
  • 6 to 7 dry red chillies
  • 250 gm paneer roundels
  • 4 to 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 to 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Parsley leaves
  • basil leaves
  • olive oil
  • black pepper
  • Sesame seeds

PREPARATION

    Heat some water in a pan and add red deseeded chillies boil it for few minutes. Take out the boiled chillies from the pan and blend it with garlic cloves, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and salt. Make roundels of paneer with a cutter. Mix the ground masala with paneer, grill it with some oil. For garnishing, mix parsley, basil leaves, extra virgin oil, sesame seeds, black pepper and salt to serve with harissa paneer.
