INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • water
  • 6 to 7 dry red chillies
  • 250 gm paneer roundels
  • 4 to 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 to 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Parsley leaves
  • basil leaves
  • olive oil
  • black pepper
  • Sesame seeds

HOW TO PREPARE HARISSA PANEER

  1. 1

    Heat some water in a pan and add red deseeded chillies boil it for few minutes.
  2. 2

    Take out the boiled chillies from the pan and blend it with garlic cloves, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and salt.
  3. 3

    Make roundels of paneer with a cutter.
  4. 4

    Mix the ground masala with paneer, grill it with some oil.
  5. 5

    For garnishing, mix parsley, basil leaves, extra virgin oil, sesame seeds, black pepper and salt to serve with harissa paneer.
