INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Whole garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 4 whole red chillies
  • 4 to 6 curry leaves
  • 1 cup chopped French beans
  • water
  • 1 to 2 tomato dices
  • ¼ cup grated coconut
  • ½ cup paneer crumbled
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • black pepper crushed
  • salt
  • 4 to 6 cashew nuts soaked
  • Whole Red chilli
  • Cashew

PREPARATION

    In a pan heat oil and add whole garam masala, cumin seeds, whole red chillies, and curry leaves. Mix well until spices are fragrant. Add long chopped French leaves water, and diced tomatoes. Cook the veggies until done. Add grated coconut, crumbled paneer, water, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, crushed black pepper, and salt. Mix well. Add soaked cashew nuts and let the sabji boil for some time. In the serving plate, first transfer the gravy and then the vegetables. Garnish hari bhari sabji with a whole red chilli and a cashew.
