INGREDIENTS

  • 3 to 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp chopped green chilli
  • 1 cup spring onion whites
  • chopped
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 cup chopped spring onion greens
  • 1½ tbsp gram flour
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish Spring onion
  • Red chilli

PREPARATION

    Heat oil in a pan. Saute chopped garlic green chilli and spring onion whites. Add salt coriander powder, and turmeric powder. To this mixture, add chopped spring onion greens. Mix with some gram flour and cook for some time. When the sabzi is cooked, transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with spring onion and red chilli.
