INGREDIENTS

  • 3 to 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp chopped green chilli
  • 1 cup spring onion whites
  • chopped
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 cup chopped spring onion greens
  • 1½ tbsp gram flour
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish: Spring onion
  • Red chilli

HOW TO PREPARE HARE PYAZ KI SABZI

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Saute chopped garlic green chilli and spring onion whites.
  3. 3

    Add salt coriander powder, and turmeric powder.
  4. 4

    To this mixture, add chopped spring onion greens.
  5. 5

    Mix with some gram flour and cook for some time.
  6. 6

    When the sabzi is cooked, transfer to a serving plate.
  7. 7

    Garnish with spring onion and red chilli.
