INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup chopped spring onion greens
  • 1 cup chopped spring onion whites
  • 1 cup chopped red and yellow bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp chopped green chillies
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 3 to 4 tbsp split black gram flour
  • ½ tsp All ground spice
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • oil for frying
  • For Garnish Salad

PREPARATION

    In a bowl mix chopped spring onion greens and spring onion whites. Add chopped red and yellow bell peppers, green chillies, alfalfa sprouts, and split black gram flour. Mix well with some water. Add salt, all ground spice, and coriander powder. Combine well until a dough like mixture is formed. Make small ball shaped dumplings. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the dumplings. Fry all sides till the colour changes to dark brown. Drain excess oil. Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with salad and serve.
