INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup chopped spring onion greens
  • 1 cup chopped spring onion whites
  • 1 cup chopped red and yellow bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp chopped green chillies
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 3 to 4 tbsp split black gram flour
  • ½ tsp All ground spice
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • oil for frying
  • For Garnish: Salad

HOW TO PREPARE HARE PYAAZ KE DUMPLINGS

    In a bowl mix chopped spring onion greens and spring onion whites.

    Add chopped red and yellow bell peppers, green chillies, alfalfa sprouts, and split black gram flour.
  3. 3

    Mix well with some water.
  4. 4

    Add salt, all ground spice, and coriander powder.
  5. 5

    Combine well until a dough like mixture is formed.
  6. 6

    Make small ball shaped dumplings.
  7. 7

    Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the dumplings.
  8. 8

    Fry all sides till the colour changes to dark brown.
  9. 9

    Drain excess oil.
  10. 10

    Transfer to a serving plate.
  11. 11

    Garnish with salad and serve.
