INGREDIENTS

  • FOR Ingredients to make Hare Pyaaz ka Khaas Sharbat:
  • 2 - 3 cups chopped spring onions
  • 2 - 3 crushed ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp jaggery
  • 3 - 4 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 1/2 - 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • Black salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp tamarind puree
  • 2 segments of peeled orange
  • 5 - 6 amaranth leaves
  • 1 - 2 bread slices
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped rhubarb
  • FOR For presentation
  • 4- 5 orange slices
  • 1/2 tbsp rhubarb
  • Black salt as per taste
  • 1/2 finely chopped lemon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 4 - 5 crushed pieces of ice
  • FOR For garnish
  • Rhubarb
  • Vanilla sugar
  • Lemon slices
  • Mint leaves

HOW TO PREPARE HARE PYAAZ KA KHAAS SHARBAT

  1. 1

    Finely chop the onions Dip and strain the chopped onion and clean them thoroughly.
  2. 2

    In a hot pot, add cream milk, jasmine flowers, rose water, pandanus flower water, cardamoms, dried rose leaves and mix it well.

    Add finely chopped onion and cook for 10 - 12 minutes Add sugar, dried whole milk, finely chopped pistachio & almonds and cook for 5 minutes.

    Add finely chopped onion and cook for 10 - 12 minutes Add sugar, dried whole milk, finely chopped pistachio & almonds and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. 5

    Add the Phirni in a bowl, garnish with pistachio Serve the Anokhi Phirni chilled.
