Hare Pyaaz Ka Khaas Sharbat

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 - 3 cups chopped spring onions
  • 2 - 3 crushed ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp jaggery
  • 3 - 4 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 1/2 - 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • black salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp tamarind puree
  • 2 segments of peeled orange
  • 5 - 6 amaranth leaves
  • 1 - 2 bread slices
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped rhubarb
  • FOR presentation
  • 4- 5 orange slices
  • 1/2 tbsp rhubarb
  • black salt as per taste
  • 1/2 finely chopped lemon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 4 - 5 crushed pieces of ice
  • FOR garnish
  • rhubarb
  • vanilla sugar
  • lemon slices
  • mint leaves

HOW TO PREPARE HARE PYAAZ KA KHAAS SHARBAT

    In a blender jar, add chopped spring onions, crushed pieces of ice and blend it well.
  2. 2

    In a bowl, add jaggery, sugar, vanilla extract, black slat as per taste, tamarind puree, orange pulp, amaranth leaves, bread slices and mix it well.
  3. 3

    In a blender jar, add finely chopped rhubarb and pour the mixture in the blender from the bowl. Blend it well and prepare a smooth paste.
  4. 4

    For presentation, add orange slices, rhubarb, black slat as per taste, chopped lemon, vanilla sugar, crushed ice cubes. Take out onion paste from the blender and pour it in the glass.
  5. 5

    For garnish, add rhubarb, vanilla sugar, lemon slices, mint leaves and Hare Pyaaz ka Khaas Sharbat is ready to serve.
