INGREDIENTS

  • 3 to 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 dry red chillies
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup chopped Tomatoes
  • ½ cup onion paste roasted
  • 1 tsp All ground spice
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 cup spring chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped and blanched mushrooms
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • For Garnish: Spring onions
  • Fresh cream

HOW TO PREPARE HARE PYAAZ AUR MUSHROOM KI SABZI

    Blanch the chopped mushrooms in boiled water for 5 minutes.

    Then immediately put them in the cold water and drain the cold water.

    For the gravy, heat oil in a pan.

    Saute chopped red chillies onions, and ginger garlic paste in the hot oil.

    Add chopped tomatoes, roasted onion paste, salt, all ground spice, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder.

    Mix these well and add some water.

    Add chopped spring onions and mushrooms and mix with the masala.

    Cook for some time.

    Transfer to a serving bowl.
  10. 10

    Serve after garnishing with spring onions and fresh cream.
