INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 6 green cardamoms
  • 4 cloves
  • 4 sliced onions
  • ginger garlic paste
  • 500 gm mutton
  • 2 cups green paste
  • water as required
  • black pepper powder to taste
  • lemon juice
  • For green paste
  • mint leaves
  • coriander leaves
  • onions
  • coconut powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper powder to taste
  • water as required

PREPARATION

    In a blender, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, onions, coconut powder, salt, black pepper powder and water to form a smooth green paste.

    In a heated pan add oil, green cardamoms, cloves. Add marinated mutton and mix it well.
  3. 3

    Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook.
  4. 4

    Add green paste to the mutton and mix it well.
  5. 5

    Add water and let it cook.
  6. 6

    Add onion rings, black pepper powder, lemon juice and let it cook on low flame.
  7. 7

    Once cooked Hara Masala Mutton is ready to serve.
