INGREDIENTS

  • 200 gms Tofu
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Potato
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Radish
  • 1 Chilli
  • 100 gms Flat Noodles
  • 2 Cups Vegetable Stock
  • to taste Salt
  • ½ tsp Crushed Black Pepper/ Kali Mirch Powder
  • As needed Oil
  • 2tbsp Yoghurt. Garnish: Yogurt
  • Gouda Cheese
  • Fresh Coriander Sprigs
  • Lemon Wedge
  • Sliced Chillies.

HOW TO PREPARE GURILTAI SHUL

  1. 1

    Cut the tofu block in lengthwise fingers.
  2. 2

    Thinly slice potato, onion, carrot, radish.
  3. 3

    In a stock pan, heat little oil, add sliced potato, onion, carrot, radish, salt to taste and sauté.
  4. 4

    Add vegetable stock ,sliced chilli, crushed black pepper and sliced tofu into the soup and let it cook.
  5. 5

    In the end add the flat noodles and let the soup boil.
