  • ½ cup grated coconut
  • ½ cup semolina
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 tbsp cardamom powder
  • 2-3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup semolina
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • oil for frying
  • jasmine flowers
  • 3-4 batashe

    Take clarified butter in a pan and add semolina to it and roast for a few minutes.

    Take out the pan from the gas and add cardamom powder and powdered sugar to semolina and prepare the filling.
  3. 3

    In another bowl, add flour, semolina, desi ghee, salt and water and knead a dough.

    Make small balls of the dough and stuff with the filling.
  5. 5

    Fry it in oil.
  6. 6

    Stuff the guravali with jasmine flower and serve.
