INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Jaggery
  • Water
  • 3 cups Whole Wheat flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp Poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp White Sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp White butter

PREPARATION

  1. 1

    In a pan heat water and jaggery let it melt. in a bowl add flour, jaggery liquid, water and bring everything together. make a firm dough and roll a roti out of it. roast roti from both sides on a hot pan, add oil for crispness. sprinkle sugar, poppy seeds, white sesame seeds on roti. let suager melt. serve hot with white butter.
