  • 1 Vanilla sponge cake
  • Vanilla Ice cream
  • Chocolate Ice cream
  • Strawberry Ice cream
  • FOR INGREDIENTS FOR GUNTUR GANACHE
  • 227 gms Dark chocolate chips
  • 180 gms Heavy Cream
  • 28 gms Butter
  • 1 tbsp Guntur chilli powder (as per taste)
  • FOR INGREDIENTS FOR MERINGUE
  • 125 gms egg white
  • 250 gms castor Sugar
  • Few drops of lemon juice
  • A pinch of Cream Tatar

HOW TO PREPARE GUNTUR CHOCOLATE ALASKA

  1. 1

    For Guntur Ganache, heat the cream and butter in a small sauce pan over medium flame.
  2. 2

    Bring just to boil, immediately pour the boiling cream and mix well until smooth.
  3. 3

    For Meringue ,with the whip attachment, beat the egg whites first at medium speed then at high speed until they form soft peaks.
  4. 4

    Add the first quantity of sugar, a little at a time, with the machine running.
  5. 5

    Whip until stiff.
  6. 6

    Stop the machine.
  7. 7

    Fold in the remaining sugar with a spatula.
