INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg Lamb (With Bone)
  • 15to20 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 3 Red Bell Peppers
  • 3 Yellow Bell Peppers
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 2 Carrots
  • 3 tbsp Paprika Powder
  • 100 ml Olive Oil/ Jaitun Ka Tel
  • 1.5ltr Lamb Stock

HOW TO PREPARE GULYAS

    Warm oil in a deep large pot, add 15-20 garlic cloves, 1 kg lamb and cook till the lamb is lightly caramelized.

    Add Dice 2 onions and cook.
  3. 3

    Add bell peppers, diced tomatoes and paprika.
  4. 4

    Add potatoes and carrots.
  5. 5

    Stir in Lamb stock, salt and cover the lamb to cook in its steam.
  6. 6

    Once done serve Goulash with baguette.
