  • 1 cup khoya
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 5 to 8 cardamom seeds
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut desiccated
  • 2 tbsp gulkand
  • 4 to 5 betel leaves
  • Gulkand

    Heat a pan and add some khoya.
  2. 2

    Once the khoya leaves oil set it aside in a bowl.
  3. 3

    Let it cool to room temperature and then add castor sugar and desiccated coconut , mix well.

    Add green cardamom seeds and cardamom powder.
  5. 5

    Mix well.
  6. 6

    Make lemon sized balls from the prepared mixture.
  7. 7

    Make a cavity in the centre fill gulkand in it, and carefully roll it into a ball.
  8. 8

    Cut a betel leaf in any desired shape and using a toothpick, attach it to the gulkand sweet.
  9. 9

    Garnish with some gulkand and eat.
